You have organizational skills and can wear the workflow management hat, but still be able to roll up your sleeves and do the work. You know tax returns, and are detail oriented with your checks and balances. You are self motivated and driven. You’d run your own office if you felt like it but you want to belong to something bigger.
You can lead a team and drive organizational goals from the ground up.
You may thrive in the systems and processes, but your personality and professional demeanor can handle the diverse needs of our client base and feel comfortable advocating for them.
